Containerized Mobile Mine Water Treatment Plant
General Description
Mining water management, especially acid mine drainage, has many challenges, including fluctuating discharge, no power source, remote location, limited reliable human resources, and others.
Containerized mine treatment plants are standard containers that have unit operation, unit process and support components installed inside. It is an innovative and effective method for treat the wastewater which can be moved from one location to another and is particularly useful for temporary camps and mine sites (coal as well as mineral mining).
A packaged containerized wastewater treatment plant incorporates chemical preparation, chemical injection system, monitoring system, and support system into a single container, depending on the capacity or quality targets. Can be expanded by combining several containers when a large capacity or a certain quality of effluent is required.
Applications
- Mine sites (Sediment Pond or Treatment Facilities at Mining Area as well as Processing Plant)
- Worker camps
The advantages of using our containerized mine water treatment plants are:
- Fully transportable and can easily be relocated and reinstalled at new sites
- Installation process can be completed in within one day, plug and run concept.
- We could provide different versions of treatment process, transportability and capacity
